1.1. Bespoke Travel Planning: At Misaro Chweya, I do not offer “cookie-cutter” packages. My goal is to create customized travel experiences that align with your needs and aspirations. To achieve this, I may reach out to you via telephone, email, or other communication methods to understand your purpose and expectations.
1.2. Health and Safety: Your safety is a priority. Please inform me of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special circumstances that I should consider when planning your trip. I will accommodate your needs to the best of my ability but cannot guarantee all requests will be met. All shared information will remain confidential.
1.3. Itinerary: Depending on the trip’s complexity, duration, and type, a first draft itinerary will be sent to you digitally. The planning process is collaborative, ensuring your satisfaction at every stage.
2.1. Booking and Payment: Once your itinerary is finalized, a booking invoice will be provided. Payment of the deposit is required to secure your itinerary, which remains subject to availability and price changes until paid.
2.2. Itinerary Package Fee: Payment of the $80 personalized itinerary package fee grants you $100 off Misaro Chweya-curated activities if you spend a minimum of $500. This discount does not apply to accommodation or transport bookings.
2.3. Payment Terms: The payment terms, including deadlines, will be clearly stated in the invoice. Failure to pay within seven calendar days of the due date may result in trip cancellation without notice, and you will be liable for any additional costs incurred.
2.4. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations are subject to the schedule outlined in Section 4.2.
3.1. Inclusions: The invoiced amount includes my services and outsourced activities negotiated on your behalf. A breakdown of costs will not be provided.
3.2. Currency: All prices will be quoted in Kenyan Shillings or US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
3.3. Price Adjustments: I reserve the right to impose surcharges for cost increases incurred due to currency fluctuations, supplier cost changes, or government actions. Adjustments may be discussed with you when necessary.
3.4. Exclusions: The Travel Fee typically excludes airfare, visas, baggage fees, personal expenses, optional sightseeing, gratuities, and travel insurance. These are your responsibility.
4.1. Changes: After payment, requested changes will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.

7.2. Promotional Use: Photographs or videos of your trip may be used for promotional purposes with your consent.
7.3. Travel Documentation: Ensure you have all required travel documents (visas, passports). I am not liable for costs resulting from missing documentation.
7.4. Conduct: Respect towards my staff and suppliers is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
7.5. Damages: You are liable for damages caused to properties during your trip.
7.6. Activity Risks: Some activities involve risks. You agree to avoid unreasonable risks and indemnify me against mishaps.
